BLADES
Complete blade assemblies, including pushing arms for track-type dozers, are also available in production at OEM grade by DIESEL AMERICA. Angle blades, U-blades, cushion blades, and others for track-type dozers, as well as complete blade assemblies for motor graders, are developed upon request at the level of work. Blades are available for CAT D7, D8, D9, D10, and D11 series and KOMATSU D155, D275, D355, and D375 series. Custom manufacturing is available to requested specifications to meet your needs at the work site.
RIPPERS
DIESEL AMERICA rippers are built tough, so you can really rip it up, break up frozen ground, rock, and paved areas with ease! Our ripper units are designed to work under the heaviest conditions. Our parallelogram design keeps the tine in the most efficient ripping angle, regardless of how deep you rip. The high lift design gets the ripper up and out of the way to give plenty of clearance under the tines, which is ideal when moving your machine. Ripper tine shanks are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel. Replacement points are made from heat-treated alloy steel and designed for fast penetration and quick replacement. Hydraulic cylinders are double-acting.

COUPLERS
When the equipment is fitted with an DIESEL AMERICA coupler, the bucket can be replaced simply in a fast and practical fashion. The bucket movement remains unchanged, avoiding the loss of power in penetration during digging and loading operations. Designed for operating machines from compact loaders to large excavators in several different models. The equipment is released from the quick hitch easily when the bucket/attachment needs to be replaced by another.
